Chef de Rang (m/f/d) – Haus Leithner Bistro, Pertisau am Achensee
For our stylish Haus Leithner Bistro, we are looking for a dedicated and professionally skilled individual with a genuine passion for high-quality service and authentic hospitality.
Since opening in 2025, our bistro has established itself as a modern, relaxed meeting place in Pertisau. From breakfast through to evening service, quality, attentiveness and a personal approach to our guests are at the heart of everything we do. Our small, well-coordinated team works in a professional, efficient and respectful manner – offering plenty of scope for personal responsibility and individuality.
As a Chef de Rang, you will play a key role within our service team: managing your own section with confidence, delivering an excellent guest experience, and actively contributing your expertise to the ongoing development of our concept.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a committed colleague to strengthen our small and well-established service team.
You have experience in the hospitality industry and are confident in service operations. You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering attentive, personalised service.
You are comfortable working independently, taking responsibility, and value an environment where trust and professionalism go hand in hand. At the same time, you are motivated to be part of a concept that is still evolving and offers opportunities for active contribution.
You communicate confidently in both German and English and present yourself in a professional and approachable manner towards both guests and colleagues.
What we offer
A full-time position with either 40 hours (5 days) or 48 hours (6 days) per week
