Our house is located at a sunny place near the forest, only a few minutes away from the village center and directly at the cross-country ski trails and hiking trails. The bus stop of the public bus, who will take you to the ski-area Christlum and the whole Achensee region for free, is also in immediate range. Our "Badhaus" offers you four completely furnished holiday homes with shower, WC, satellite TV, radio, hair dryer, stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine, water heater, bedding, towels and tea towels, as well as a comfortable lounge and breakfast room with fireplace fire. We offer our guests bread service and by request a comprehensive breakfast. Free WLAN in the entire house. Large garden with playground and trampolin. Play-room with table tennis, table football and a lot more toys.

A12 Inntal motorway (vignette required), Wiesing / Achensee exit, Achensee main road B181 to Achenkirch. Toll-free arrival via the Achenpass or BadTölz. From Munich to the Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz motorway exit - across the state border to Achenkirch. Turn right at the Achenkirch Nord junction, continue for approx. 400 meters, then turn left and after the underpass it goes up on the right, we are the second house. Badhaus house number 502.
