Welcome to the Villa Claudia holiday apartment in Pertisau am Achensee!
Comfortable holiday apartment on the first floor with approx. 75m² and east-south, west balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, water and egg cooker, coffee machine, toaster and modern seating area. The large living room has a cozy couch corner, a small library and of course satellite TV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower and radio. A separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, furnished in Tirolean country house style, complete our apartment.
The central location with a beautiful lawn, the ideal starting point for hikes, the proximity to the lake (5 minutes) and the cross-country trails behind our house offer holiday fun for 2 to 4 people. Children under 2 years are free. Cot and high chair are available free of charge. There is a children's playground nearby. The mountains of Karwendel and Rofan mountains surround the beautiful Achensee and our holiday home is located in the middle of this beautiful landscape.

Inntal Autobahn A12 (vignette required), exit Wiesing / Achensee, Achensee main road B181, after 7 kilometers turn in the center from Maurach to Pertisau. A toll-free arrival via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz is also possible. From Munich to the Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz motorway exit - across the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau.
Arrival by public transport: By train to Jenbach train station. From there by public bus to Achensee. See bus schedule www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee in Pertisau is free of charge upon presentation of your reservation confirmation.
