Your Responsibilities:
- Own Station Management: Take charge of your own station (e.g., Saucier, Entremetier, Gardemanger, or Pâtissier).
- High-Level Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard.
- Creative Menu Development: Contribute creatively to our seasonal and regional menu.

What You Bring:
- A completed vocational training as a chef, which can be helpful, but we also welcome natural talent.
- Work experience, ideally as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role—so you know what to expect.
- A passion for gastronomy and a keen sense of taste and presentation. After all, we do eat with our eyes, as the saying goes.
- Team spirit, resilience, and a healthy dose of humor. We simply don’t have time for tears.
- Willingness to work flexible hours; yes, it can sometimes run long, but it will be digitally recorded and nothing will go unaccounted for.
