Bus operations form the heart of the Ledermair company. The training therefore includes the profession of bus driver as well as basic knowledge in dispatching.
In a combined training program lasting 9 weeks, public transport specialists not only learn the profession of bus driver, but also acquire basic knowledge in dispatching. This enables flexible career opportunities and a varied working day.

Graduates can specialize in one of the two areas at the end of their contract, depending on the positions available.

Information

Requirements

Positive completion of the official examination to obtain a D driving license. Career changers with a B driving license can also start the training to become a public transport specialist.

A positive assessment by the course management is a prerequisite for the award of the dispatcher training certificate.

Offer

Employment and fixed salary during training, as well as various full-time and part-time employment models. Discounts and reductions on team events.

After an interview, a decision will be made on your acceptance into the apprenticeship and you will receive prompt feedback.

If you fail both training modules and are not hired, the training costs will be refunded.

If you only fail the dispatch training course, you will be offered employment as a bus driver. If this is rejected, the training costs must also be refunded.
