We are looking for a dedicated and independent Receptionist with experience in similar positions.
The reception is the first point of contact for our guests and you will assist them with reservations, arrivals, advice on spa treatments or hikes and excursions in the region. You are in direct contact with our guests and fulfil their holiday wishes with competence, patience and a friendly smile.

Your profile
- You are very well qualified and have organisational skills
- You have excellent German and English skills
- You like to talk on the phone and are familiar with reservation programmes and CRM programmes
- You accompany the guest from the telephone enquiry, through the arrival to the room, show the special features of our hotel and are a friendly contact person during the stay of our guests as well
- You are able to solve a wide variety of problems in a very skilful and diplomatic way
- Your positive charisma is appreciated by all
- You are helpful towards guests and colleagues
