Achensee Xtreme – Individual Race

The legendary "Achensee Xtreme" Individual Race will make its long-awaited comeback in winter 2025. Once a must-attend event for ski mountaineers, renowned for its thrilling competition and unforgettable moments, the race returns with renewed energy and excitement. This cherished tradition is ready to write a new chapter in the history of the "Achensee Xtreme". Don’t miss your chance to see the elite of ski mountaineering go head-to-head at Lake Achensee in an event that promises to be as exhilarating as ever!

• Start time & route: The race kicks off on Sunday, 23 February 2025, at 10.00 from the Rofan cable car top station near the Erfurter Hütte (1860m). The exact route is still being finalized.
• Refreshment stations: Refreshments will be available at the start and finish areas after each lap.
• Award ceremony: The award ceremony will take place approximately 30 minutes after the end of the individual race. Trophies will be presented to the winners, and the Skimo King and Queen of the SKIMO Alpencup will be crowned during this special moment.
• Race party: Throughout the day, the race party with live music will provide the best entertainment, and there will also be plenty to eat and drink. The festivities wrap up at 16.30, followed by the descent with the Rofan cable car.
