Ice swimming for advanced swimmers or course participants who have already taken an introductory workshop with me - repetition of medical basics and breathing regulation training, swimming technique training in the indoor pool, putting into practice what you have learnt in ice water An exhilarating experience of nature in an extraordinary landscape awaits you.

The ‘Ice swimming for advanced swimmers’ package includes

• ‘AQUA and ICE’ trainer Gerald DARINGER
• repetition of medical basics and breathing regulation training
• individualised swimming technique training in the indoor pool Application
• orientated ice swimming in the lake
• Use of the wellness area at the Hotel Post am See **** (cloakroom, shower, indoor pool, whirlpool)
• Warm tea during the post-reflection in the wellness area of the Hotel Post am See ****
