Anniversary celebration 30 years Kulturverein Achensee

Thirty years ago, some citizens of the municipality of Achenkirch with an interest in art and culture came up with the idea of creating a cultural centre for locals and guests from the old vicarage of Achenkirch, which had been empty for a long time. After several stages of construction, the ‘Alter Widum’ is now the jewel in the crown of the Kulturverein Achensee, formerly K.I.D Kultur im Dorf Achenkirch.

Programme

15:00: The cultural association invites senior citizens to coffee and cake, guests welcome. Musical accompaniment by the Achentaler Holzbläser. In between, Rosa Moser reads her own stories and anecdotes.
17:30: Piano music with pianist Yuliia Timkova from the Ukraine
18:00: ‘How it all began’. Film about the start of the renovation work and the first exhibitions. Small snack (Euro 4.50)
19:00: Official start: Welcome, greetings from the guests of honour, history of the Kulturverein Achensee, followed by the handover of the sculptures ‘The Queen’ by honorary member Prof. Richard Agreiter to the buyers.
approx. 20:15: Festive concert with TMP - Tyrolean Music Project Klingler Hubert: They love to experiment by combining folk songs from all over the world with Tyrolean folk music and are not afraid to skilfully integrate film music from blockbusters or Netflix series. This creates their very own unmistakable sound.

Admission to all programmes is free. Donations are gladly accepted. Please note that the hall is open from 20:00 for visitors who only want to come to the concert.
